Cancellation can only be effected if the order has not been despatched. To cancel, please send an email quoting the order number, with the subject ‘Cancellation’, to [email protected].
Replacement and Refund
All sales are final except in cases of defective books or those damaged in transit, or if there has been an error on our part. The request for replacement must reach us within 48 of delivery, along with a photo of the defective or damaged book. If accepted, either replacement copy will be sent to you or the amount refunded.
